Apna Bazaar
About This Spot
Stepping into Apna Bazaar feels like discovering a vibrant corner of the world tucked away in the heart of Orlando’s Orange Blossom Trail. The steady hum of friendly chatter blends with the colorful displays of spices, fresh produce, and international ingredients, creating an atmosphere that’s welcoming and quietly alive. Here, the pace slows just enough to savor the familiar comforts and curious surprises of Asian and Indian grocery traditions alongside a bustling food court that invites lingering.
This is more than a supermarket — it’s a place where scents and flavors unfold like stories. The aisles offer an array of vibrant spices and seasonings, rare varieties of rice, and fresh fruits and vegetables, all calling to those who cook with heart and curiosity. Among the hum of activity, friendly faces are never far away, with warm, genuine interactions that make newcomers feel at home and return visitors feel valued.
The food court inside is an extension of that warmth, where the gentle clatter of plates and soft murmur of conversation fill the air. Moments here are shared over plates of comfort food — dishes crafted by hands rooted in rich culinary traditions — and there’s a sense of discovering community in every bite. The place invites you not just to shop or eat, but to connect through the everyday rituals of food, conversation, and the simple joy of shared culture.
Parking and accessibility make it easy to drop in, yet once inside, time seems to stretch just enough to explore and discover. Apna Bazaar quietly holds a special place for many, evolving through the years but never losing the heart that makes it feel like a staple not only for groceries but for moments of human connection and joyful discovery.

Very very nice store! It’s our first time coming in here and we will definitely be back! One of the employees was very very nice with us his name is Harsha ( I’m not sure if that how you say his name) but very friendly and helped us a lot to buy some perfumes! Amazing store and for everyone

Apna Bazar on Orange Blossom Trail is one of those rare places that becomes part of your life, not just part of your shopping routine. I’ve been coming here for many years, and I’ve watched this store grow, expand, and evolve — yet its heart has never changed. A big reason for that is Razzaq, the owner. He is a cultural icon tied to this place, and one of the friendliest, kindest human beings I’ve ever met. His presence alone sets the tone for the store: welcoming, respectful, and genuinely community-centered. The store itself remains spotless — clean, organized, and customer-friendly every time I walk in. The staff treat you like they know you, even if it’s your first visit. That warmth is real, not forced. Prices are very competitive, especially for halal meat, produce, spices, and other international essentials. You can feel the effort they put in to serve families from so many different backgrounds without overcharging or cutting corners. And then there is the food court — Indian, Pakistani, Moroccan food, fresh juice, paan, tea — all in one vibrant space. It’s a place where cultural boundaries disappear. People sit together, talk, laugh, and enjoy food from across the world. It has that priceless feeling of a place where, after a few visits, everybody knows your name. More than 25 years in Orlando, and Apna Bazar still holds a special place in the hearts of so many communities. After all these years of shopping here and watching it grow through multiple expansions, I can say with full confidence: this place is a true Orlando treasure.

A good store with international products. Oriental spices and seasonings, especially Indian, are well represented. A wide selection of different varieties of rice for every taste, flour for a variety of baked goods. Good oriental sweets, especially Turkish ones. Large selection of dairy products, excellent ayran. There are also fresh vegetables and fruits. Convenient train, good parking.

enjoyed the 3 Indian/Pakistani vendors here!ate the Dosa here, as well as Some of the shish kebab and chicken biryani and of course the Papri chaat. The chaat had more garbanzo beans than anything else —that surprised me! All this is inside Apna Bazaar besides a huge grocery store with tons of variety of samosas, etc.
